How do I schedule a tour?

How much is the security deposit?

Rent is due on the 3rd of each month. Payment methods accepted are only payments.

What lease terms do you offer?
The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center offers 6 to 15 months lease terms.
What is required on move-in day?
Move-in day requirements include proof of renters insurance, proof of electricity service, payment of the move-in prorated amount, and a signed lease agreement.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
Subletting is not permitted. However, a lease transfer to another unit onsite is acceptable.
What is your move-out policy?
A 60-day notice to vacate and fulfill payment through the end of the term.
