Your pets are welcome to make their home at our pet-friendly apartments near Kingwood in North Houston. As one of the area's few pet-friendly luxury apartment communities, The Pointe at Valley Ranch Town Center is happy to let your pet relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of an elevated lifestyle.

PET POLICY

Pets are welcome upon approval following a pet interview and screening process. Fees include a $650 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Pets are limited to two per household, and certain breed restrictions are enforced. Pets must be under 100 lbs.

PET SCREENING

All residents are required to complete a third-party screening process, regardless of whether or not they own a pet, to ensure complete understanding and acknowledgement of our pet and animal-related policies. To complete the quick screening process, visit Pet Screening.

I wanted to review this Luxury apartment now that my family and I have been staying here and kind of settled in. We moved in end of February of this year (2023). It's very quiet. The property is well kept and clean. They come and fix anything in a very good timely manner. I have no complaints. The office staff and maintenance crew are so kind and they always smile! Great place staff is constantly putting on some kind of community event! The lake to fish in is great as well as the pool is beautiful the complex feels safe and is lovely to walk around in! The actual apartments are very well done and are very nice to look at! The maintenance orders are done almost always the same day if not the next day. Was greeted promptly and welcoming by office staff. Was shown 2 units by Ashley (who was incredible!). They had 1st floor units available. The unit, community, and amenities were more than we were expecting, which is great! Submitted our application, was approved, and got our keys in a timely manner! Would recommend this community!
